Elder Life Enrichment Through Better Fitness
Your older loved ones can enjoy a unique form of life enrichment with support, encouragement and coaching from their Silver Wings personal trainer, Chad White. He has worked with clients with varying needs, everything from weight loss to weight gain, balance, correctional exercises for knee and shoulder rehabilitation, hip replacement, fibromyalgia, severe scoliosis, postural imbalances, and stroke patients.
Chad brought aquatic training to our geriatric clients in 2011. His approach to water training has had a very refreshing and rewarding effect on the clients he works with, and he has trained every age from 8 to his most experienced client who is 97 years young.
Regardless of age or limitations, Chad’s goal is to motivate, educate, and create excitement for what he believes is the most beneficial change you can make for a “healthy and happy life”.
